You set the cadence of service visits and we do the rest! Most customers have us come to the house quarterly (4 times per year). When the time for next visit approaches, we will proactively work with you to setup a convenient time.
We estimate about 2 hours per visit. The initial couple of visits may take long as we familiarize ourselves with your home and your service needs.
No. We are focused on the routine and preventative maintenance of your home. Just like your car needs routine oil changes and filter replacements, so does your home.
This is heavily dependent on each situation and the EZ Upkeep professional will review the details with you during the visit. If the leak is caused by a loose handle, we will be happy to fix that issue. If the leak is caused by a worn out valve cartridge, we will assist you with the next steps to getting that repaired.
Yes, we are covered by our own insurance policy.
No, we are afraid of heights :) We leave this one to the professional roofers.
We often times get asked if we do additional maintenance items like dryer vent cleaning, refrigerator water filter replacements, whole house humidifier water panel replacements, etc. We can review your additional service needs during your appointment and discuss any additional costs.
No - we understand you have a busy schedule. If you will not be home, we will need a way to get into your home. You can provide a key that will be securely stored at our office.
No, you can stop your service at any time. We do offer discounts for an annual commitment if you enjoy the service.
